General Qualifications:
Student Navigators serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff within the Enrollment Center, the Records Department and the Financial Aid Office. Navigators provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support while helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for those with questions or otherwise requiring assistance.

Purpose or Role of the Position within the Organization:
To serve as the initial point of contact for students exploring enrollment, accessing student records, or seeking financial aid support.
Duties/Responsibilities of the Position and how they relate to the Purpose or Role:
- Greet and assist students and visitors in the reception area
- Conduct campus tours as needed
- Support scheduling for advising and financial aid appointments
- Assist with applications, registration, and basic system navigation
- Perform general office duties and support daily operations
