Starting this May, Virginia Western is kicking off renovations in Chapman Hall and Fishburn Hall. Don’t worry–your student services aren’t going anywhere and virtual services will remain available throughout the transition, including email, chatbot support and virtual access to student services.
The Enrollment Center (Chapman Hall)
The following services are moving:
- Enrollment Services
- Admissions
- Financial Aid
- New Student Advising
- Registrar’s Office
May 26-June 5
From May 26 – June 5, all enrollment services located in The Enrollment Center (Chapman Hall) will be moved to the Thomas Center. From the STEM parking lot (Lot 5), take a left up the hill. The Thomas Center is located across from the entrance to the Humanities Building.
June 8
Starting June 8, The Enrollment Center will be relocated to the third floor of Webber Hall, right across from the Chapman Hall entrance. From Chapman Hall, you’ll see the entrance to the Student Life Center on your right and the entrance to Webber Hall directly in front of you. You can also enter Webber Hall from the courtyard and use the stairs or elevators to the third floor.
