The Student Bulletin is a weekly newsletter that is sent out by the Student Activities Office to all currently enrolled students. It is an important source of campus information for students, including things like upcoming events, registration and payment deadlines, and special activities.
Emails will be sent out on Fridays and contain information for the following week.
To Submit Info for the Bulletin (Faculty & Staff)
The submission deadline each week is Tuesday at 5:00 PM for emails being sent on Friday. Email your content to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions will be reviewed for relevance and may be edited for length or clarity.
We will not accept submissions from businesses, community organizations, or non-campus-affiliated individuals.

Hours of Operation
Spring 2023 Semester:
Fitness Center (1st Floor): 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
Student Activities & Food Pantry (3rd Floor): 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday.
The above hours are subject to change based on the campus events schedule.
If the 3rd floor is closed and you would like to use the food pantry, please see a staff member in the TRIO Office on the 2nd floor for assistance.
All posted hours exclude holidays and school closings.
