The Virginia Western Community College Records Office is responsible for keeping and maintaining records for all current and former students. The Records Office also provides information and services to students, faculty, staff, and the general public in support of enrollment.
What We Do
- work with Parchment to ensure students successfully request transcripts
- maintain files and records
- report grades
- coordinate graduation
- make changes to student information
- make curriculum changes
- enrollment verifications
- monitor and release student information.
