Once a program has been approved for discontinuance, the college must provide an opportunity for all active students in the program to complete the curricular requirements. Students will be given the following timeframe to complete their curricular requirements once they have been notified that the program will be discontinued:
Career Studies Certificate: One catalog year from point of discontinuance
Certificate: Two catalog years from point of discontinuance
AA, AS or AAS Degree: Three catalog years from point of discontinuance
