As a graduate of Virginia Western, you know better than anyone the life-changing impact a college education can have. While the cost to attend Virginia Western is less than half of that to attend an in-state public college or university, many members of our community continue to struggle with the costs of attendance. Nearly 80% of our students working at least part-time while enrolled in classes. One out of three Virginia Western students is a parent in addition to being a student. Just like you, students today often do not have the luxury of concentrating only on their studies.
