The Virginia Western Maintenance Technology CSC is your first step toward a career in property, commercial and industrial maintenance. Learn how to diagnose and service small commercial air cooling and refrigeration systems, how to read and interpret blueprints, and gain an understanding of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems found in construction equipment.

Learn:
- How to diagnose and repair issues in small-scale commercial refrigeration equipment
- How to use proper tools and equipment for commercial and property maintenance
- How to reference local, state and national building codes
- How to diagnose and repair issues with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
This program will prepare you to take the EPA Section 608 Universal Certification test, a requirement for anyone employed in the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Credit for Prior Learning
