Coursework in this broad career pathway is designed for students pursuing careers in applied engineering, in fields such as advanced manufacturing, process development and control, quality control,  computer aided drafting and design, electronics design and repair, and machine installation.   The skill sets obtained in this focus area are transferable among many industries.  This focus area offers Applied Associates of Science degrees, Career Studies Certificates, and numerous industry recognized certifications.  Some AAS degrees are transferable to 4 year institutions.
