Get started toward a new career in healthcare with the Introduction to Paramedic Career Studies Certificate, designed to prepare you for success as you work toward a Paramedic Associate of Applied Science degree. Earning your Introduction to Paramedic CSC will also allow you to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Paramedic (NREMT) certification exam.
After passing the NREMT exam, you can begin working as a certified EMT in a variety of emergency medical settings while continuing to take the necessary steps toward becoming a nationally certified paramedic.

Earning your Introduction to Paramedic CSC is your first step toward a rewarding career in emergency medical services (EMS). Becoming a certified paramedic will allow you to work for several different organizations, including:
