Virginia Western Community College offers opportunities for being certified to ride 2-wheel motorcycles through the Basic Rider sessions as well as opportunities for licensed riders to hone skills through Experienced Rider sessions. One-on-one tutoring is also available for beginners who wish an introduction or training on a motorcycle before attempting a class or to refresh skills.
One-on-One Course
This course is scheduled by request and designed for the rider who is unsure if they are ready for the Basic Rider 2-wheel course or who has experienced the beginner course but needs additional time to achieve the comfort and safety level needed. Click here for more information.
