  • Book estimates are based on purchasing brand new textbooks, but other options are available.
  • Cutlery is a Mercer custom 15-piece set.
  • Uniform price is approximate for one full uniform, not including shoes.
  • Baking kit is a Mercer custom 29-piece set.

Uniforms (including chef coat, chef pants, bib apron, and chef hat), cutlery, and baking kits are required when listed. Uniforms for Hospitality Management students include a chef coat and chef pants.
