When a Student Grievance form is submitted, it will be assigned to the appropriate Program Head to investigate and report on. The instructions below break down the steps to:
- Access a case for the first time
- Review/add documentation in the EFC (Electronic Filing Cabinet)
- Complete a Case Resolution Form
- Send a letter to the student
