SHRM CP Certification Prep +
SHRM-CP is the premier certification in the Human Resources Field. This class is designed to prepare HR professionals to pass the Certification Exam to become a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management.
This program is offered completely online.
Requirements
Candidates for the SHRM-CP certification are not required to hold an HR title and do not need a degree or previous HR experience to apply; however, a basic working knowledge of HR practices and principles or a degree from an Academically Aligned program is recommended.

Requirements
The SHRM-SCP exam is for senior HR professionals with six or more years of experience who hold strategic-level positions. This work includes planning programs, policies and procedures; executing HR operations; and analyzing, interpreting and reporting performance metrics.
