Hydroponics is a method of growing plants in a controlled environment using technology and equipment. The use of hydroponics can be used at a small or big scale depending on personal or Industry need. The precise and controlled environment achieved though hydroponics allows for increased variety and off-season availability.
Introduction to Hydroponics provides an overview of hydroponics systems, their principles, and applications. Students will learn about different hydroponic methods, plant selection, and basic crop production techniques through lecture discussion, and hands-on activities.
