Need a laptop for the spring semester? Apply now!
The application to borrow a loaner laptop from Brown Library for the Spring 2026 semester is open! To qualify, students must be enrolled in at least one course for fall and not have access to a computer at home. Apply by January 14th for priority consideration. There are a limited number of laptops, so apply early! Beginning January 15th, notifications will be sent to student email accounts whose applications were approved. Approved applicants may begin checking out laptops on January 20th.
