The My VWCC Survival Guide
My VWCC is your central source for accessing essential student information at your convenience. My VWCC gives you the ability to handle a variety of tasks such as searching and registering for classes, dropping classes, and reviewing your financial aid award. You may also make tuition payments and manage your personal information through the Student Center.
By using one logon and password, you have a common point of entry for accessing Blackboard, your VCCS email account, and the Student Information System. Sign in and get started by clicking the Login to My VWCC link in the menu on the left.
Faculty and Staff may access My VWCC tutorials by using the Faculty/Staff Tutorials link.

- Users must check and reset their USER PREFERENCES to be sure Virginia Western is in the INSTITUTION box and the TERM is the current one.
- Former VWCC students who have not enrolled in classes within the last 3 years must complete a new online application prior to enrollment. this also applies to students who applied within the last year but did not take classes.
- If, after enrolling in a class, you decide you do not want to take the class, be sure to drop it so you will not be charged tuition.
