Lift the handset and dial the 5 digit extension (7-XXXX).

Lift the handset and dial 9 + the number (9-555-1234).

Lift the handset and dial 8 + 1 + the number (8-1-540-555-1234).

Lift the handset and dial 9 + 1 + the number (9-1-540-555-1234).

1. While on a call, press the Transfer button or softkey.
2. Dial the 5-digit extension you wish to transfer the call to (7-XXXX).
3. If desired, speak to the person you're transferring the call to.
4. Press the Transfer or softkey again to complete the transfer.

1. While on a call, press Transfer button or softkey.
2. Press the * button.
3. Dial the 5-digit extension (7-XXXX).
4. Press the Transfer button or softkey again and hang up.

1. Press the Settings button.
2. Select User Preferences.
3. Select Rings.
4. Select a phone line or Default Ring.
5. User the navigation button to scroll through the ring types. Press the softkey button below Play to hear a selected ring.
6. When you find the ring you want, press the softkey button below Select.
7. Press the softkey button below Save and then exit out of User Preferences.

1. Press the Directories button.
2. Using the navigation button, scroll to the directory that you want to look.
3. Press the softkey button below Select to select a directory.
4. Scroll to the entry you wan t ocall and then press the softkey button below Dial to dial the number.

Note: If you select the Corporate Directory, you can search the directory by entering a character or characters into one of the fields shown and then pressing the softkey below Search.

Press the Voicemail or Messages button and enter your PIN.

1. Press the Voicemail or Messages button.
2. Press *.
3. Enter your "ID" (5-digit extension), followed by #.
4. Enter your PIN, followed by #.

1. Dial your phone number and wait for your greeting to play.
2. During the greeting, press *.
3. Enter your "ID" (5-digit extension), followed by #.
4. Enter your PIN, followed by #.
5. To access your mailbox, press 2.

1. Dial the first number normally.
2. Once the party has answered, press the softkey button below More.
3. Press the softkey button below Confrn.
4. Dial the number for the next party.
5. Once the second party has answered, press the softkey button below Confrn. The conference call is now established.

You may add additional parties by repeating steps 2-5 above. Note: Only the person who made the first call can add people to the conference call.

1. While on a call, press the softkey button below More.
2. Press the softkey button below Park.
3. Note the number on the telephone's display (e.g. Call park at 79101). This will only be on the display for a few seconds.
4. To pick up the call at another phone, dial the Call Park number (e.g. 7-9101). You will now be reconnected.

1. Press the Messages button.
2. Enter your voicemail password, followed by #.
3. After any messages have played, press 4 for Setup Options.
4. Press 1 for Greetings. The currently selected greeting will be heard.
5. You will hear the following options:
   • 1: Re-record this greeting
   • 2: Turn on/off your alternate greeting
   • 3: Edit other greetings
   • 4: Hear all greetings
6. The alternate greeting is the one you want to use for out-of-office messages.
7. Press 3 to edit your greeting, then 3 again to record your alternate greeting.
8. Press 1 to record a new alternate greeting, record your greeting, and then press #.
9. Press 3 to turn on your alternate greeting.
10. Choose whether you wish to set an end date and time, then follow the prompts.
11. Hang up. Your alternate greeting is set.

Note: If you did not set an end date, to turn off your alternate greeting follow steps 1-5b above.
