You asked, and the library delivered! As of July 1, all faculty and staff have institutional access to Inside Higher Ed through the state library consortium, VIVA. Authentication is based on IP address, and you can create an optional account using your VWCC email address. On the top menu, you will see a check mark and Institutional Access in green.
