IET Customer Satisfaction Survey: Coming To Your Inbox Soon

Dear Colleagues,

At the Information and Educational Technology (IET) team, we’re always working to improve the support we provide to our campus community. That’s why, starting soon, you may receive a short customer satisfaction survey in your inbox shortly after one of your IET tickets is resolved.

This brief survey is our way of gathering honest feedback on how well we handled your request–whether it was a quick Wi-Fi fix, software assistance, or something more complex. Your input helps us identify what’s working well and where we can do better.

Important note: We know our campus regularly conducts phishing awareness tests with simulated emails. Please rest assured that these IET satisfaction surveys are legitimate communications sent directly from our team. They will come from a recognizable IET email address and focus solely on your recent support experience (no suspicious links or requests for passwords/personal information).

We value your time and your voice. Completing the survey should only take a minute or two, and every response makes a difference in shaping better IT services for everyone at the college.
