Application Period:  9/1/2026 – 10/15/2026

The Ad-Hoc Committee for Professional Development is now accepting applications for professional development opportunities that will occur during the time period of 1/1/2027 – 6/30/2027.

The Professional Development program is open to non-probationary full-time faculty rank and non-probationary full-time classified employees in accordance with DHRM and VCCS policy.

The Professional Development Request form can be located on the college website at the following link:

Please email completed forms to Lindsey Weston at lweston@virginiawestern.edu by 11:59 p.m. on 10/15/2026. Late applications will not be accepted or reviewed by the committee.

Applications will be reviewed by the Ad-Hoc Committee the week after the application deadline with award letters sent out no later than the week of 10/26/2026.
