For thousands of local students, that opportunity is CCAP. Since its launch, the Community College Access Program has helped more than 5,400 students pursue a college education by providing over $13.2 million in tuition assistance. Today, the program boasts a 90% success rate, helping students stay enrolled, earn their credentials, and build brighter futures.
When you support CCAP through the Employee Giving Campaign, you’re helping remove financial barriers so students can focus on learning instead of worrying about how they’ll pay for college.
There’s still plenty of time to join this year’s campaign. A gift of $10 or more enters you into every weekly prize drawing, featuring Virginia Western and Roanoke Valley experiences like reserved campus parking, Community Arboretum plant vouchers, Blue Cow Ice Cream, Deb’s Lemonade, Grandin Movie Theatre, Mill Mountain Theatre, and more.

Gifts made by this Friday, August 28 will be entered into the drawing for:
- Two weeks of Reserved Parking (Lot 15 or 8)
- One free scoop at Blue Cow
- A gift card to Seasons & Occasions
Giving is easy:

- Drop off your gift at the Educational Foundation Office (Business Science, M327).
- Mail your gift to the Virginia Western Educational Foundation.
