New Digital Accessibility Support Available
Digital accessibility helps ensure that every student, employee, and community member can access and use Virginia Western’s digital information, services, and resources. Accessibility is a shared responsibility, but no one should have to figure it out alone.
Virginia Western’s new Digital Accessibility Service Catalog in TeamDynamix provides one place to request help or report an accessibility issue or barrier. The service is available to faculty, staff, students, and members of the public.
Support is available for:
- Websites, online forms, marketing, and social media
- Canvas courses and other instructional materials
- Documents, including PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Videos, captions, and media platforms
- Email and Microsoft 365 accessibility tools
- College applications, software, and digital systems
- Disability access, accommodations, and alternative formats
- Other digital accessibility questions or concerns
Submit a request through the Digital Accessibility Service Catalog in TeamDynamix, and it will be routed to the appropriate college team.
