Over the past year, there have been many noteworthy contributions to the college’s mission, vision, and core values. Through striving for excellence in areas such as diversity, integrity, respect, success, and teamwork, our college continues to support student success and strengthen our community.
Please take a moment and consider all of the great work you’ve seen over this past year and then follow the links below to nominate a peer who has demonstrated excellence in one or more of these areas!
Employees may be nominated for more than one award. The steps to nominate an employee are as follows:
1. Click the hyperlink below to visit VWConnect to view each award and a description of the award and respective criteria.
2. If you wish to nominate an employee for an award, open the survey link below and answer that question with their name and the reason for the nomination. Ensure that your nomination and/or supporting reason is relevant to the award you selected. This is critical in evaluating and ranking the nominations received.

3. At the end of the form, hit submit.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, October 1.
Those employees chosen as recipients will receive their awards at the 2026 Employee Awards Ceremony in January 2026.
