Fitness Center Instructors Wanted!
The Fitness Center is looking to hire additional in-person fitness center instructors for group exercise classes. All exercise types are welcome, and some examples might include Zumba, Cardioboxing, Line Dance, Tai Chi, or Pilates. Grant funding opportunity for OER
VIVA, Virginia’s academic library consortium, opened a new round of VIVA Open Adopt Grants, with an application deadline of November 7, 2023. VIVA Open Adopt Grants provide awards of $2,000 to individual instructors to support the time it takes to integrate existing open (OER) or no-cost materials into a syllabus, and to ensure that the results of those efforts are widely available to Virginia educators.
