August Hours for Brown Library & Testing Center
During the semester break, August 4-22, Brown Library will be open reduced hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, and closed on Saturdays. We’ll be open August 25-28 from 8:00AM- 8:00PM and August 29 from 8:00AM- 5:00PM. We will be closed for the Labor Day holiday from Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1.

Virginia Western students enrolled in fall semester 2025 may apply for emergency or crisis assistance through the Virginia Western Student Emergency Fund beginning August 18, 2025.
