Progress Reports are a vital part of our Student Success and Retention strategy – ensuring that students get connected in a timely manner with resources and supports to bolster their success. It is also a great way to recognize students for their progress and achievements thus far!

Later this week, instructors will get the first set of prompts to submit Progress Reports. Please take time to review the full schedule of Progress Reports.

During the 2025-2026 Academic Year your Progress Report feedback resulted in:

• 936 referrals for tutoring
• 3,597 individual recognitions for student achievement
• 1,109 advising referrals

Your feedback is very important, so please make sure to complete Progress Reports throughout the semester. If your class is NOT included in our Progress Report process, we invite you to issue One-Off Alerts for individual students.
