For the first time ever, AFLAC is offering benefit-eligible state employees, a Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance policy. No previous health issues, or (BMI)weight issues will matter. All are pre-approved for up to a $50,000 Term or Whole Life plan. 

This is owned by you, payroll deducted, and yours to take with you once you leave employment. The window of enrollment is short, so make sure you contact our Aflac representative, Judy McCullough via email at judy.mccullough@us.aflac.com.

The Guarantee Issue Life is only offered from now until June 15th.  (strict adherence to this date, so contact Judy before it’s too late)
