Faculty and staff play an important role in reminding students to apply for graduation.

If you work with students who plan to complete their program in the spring or summer term, please encourage them to submit a graduation application through their student portal (SIS).

Applying for graduation:

• Confirms a student’s intent to graduate
• Initiates a final review of the student’s academic record
• Ensures the student receives important information about the commencement ceremony
• Allows the college to communicate key deadlines and next steps

Students are encouraged to apply early to ensure timely communication and a smooth graduation process.

If students have questions about eligibility, remaining requirements, or timing, please refer them to their academic advisor.
