Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in young lives? VWCC is offering part-time jobs in the Youth Services Department at the Roanoke Public Library in downtown Roanoke. The positions pay $13/hour and offer flexible scheduling that works around students’ class schedules. The jobs are funded through the Federal Work Study program, so you must have done a current FAFSA. To begin the process, go to the FWS page at Federal Work Study – Financial Aid – Virginia Western Community College, and complete the Request for FWS Eligibility Determination link in the Student section and provide the requested information.  If you qualify to apply, a message will be posted to your Message Center in SIS explaining how to access the job description and application.
