I can't begin to express what everyone’s generosity means to my daughter and family after recently losing their house to a fire. We greatly appreciate each and every prayer, thought and donation. This time has been difficult for us, but having the support of people like the VWCC family has made this time easier to bear. I am truly blessed to work with such kind and caring people.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
Supervisors and Support Staff,
In August of this year many of you participated in the electronic SARF parallel test. After a successful two week test session we went to work correcting the issues and adding some additional features. IET is pleased to announce that the electronic SARF is ready for production and will be deployed on January 2, 2014. If you submit SARFs you will be impacted by this deployment. What this means to you is when you return from the holiday break you will need to begin submitting electronic SARFs. Paper copy SARFs will no longer be used. On January 2, 2014 the electronic SARF will be located on the VWConnect homepage on the right-hand side under “Links.” There will also be a "How to" guide located on VWConnect that may help you if you were unable to attend one of the three Supervisor Roundtable training sessions back in August. Any paper copy SARFs submitted before the holiday break will be processed.
The Help Desk will be glad to answer any questions you may have about the deployment or eSARF. We appreciate your continued support as we move forward with the eSARF!
