We’re excited to invite you to the first session in the series, Leading Through Conversations. This session will focus on one of the most foundational leadership skills – how we communicate, listen, provide feedback, and navigate conversations that build trust through clarity and connection. Whether it’s everyday check-ins, performance conversations, or providing information regarding changes in processes or procedures, the way we lead through conversations matters.
