Effective Wednesday, November 12, all Testing Center operations will relocate to the Business Science Building, 3rd Floor, in the following rooms:

• M318 – Testing Lab
• M314 – Check-In and Test Storage

Guidance for Faculty

• Online Tests:
  If your test is in Canvas, please consider using Respondus Monitor (our online proctoring system) to help reduce the number of students using the smaller space. The OLIT Team can assist with setup and configuration.
• Paper-Based Tests:
  For any paper exams, please bring enough copies for all students who may test with us (including ODS testers, make-ups, and others), labeled with each student’s name, to M314.
• Test Submissions:
  Continue to submit Online Testing Information Sheets for any exam requiring proctoring.

We will keep you updated as we move through the remainder of the semester and into the final exam period. Your flexibility and understanding are deeply appreciated as we work to provide students with a quiet and secure testing environment during this temporary relocation. The first and second floors of Brown Library will remain open and accessible at this time.
