Virginia Western Community College hosted an event in March with the Virginia Department of Veteran Services (DVS) to launch the College’s participation in the Virginia Veteran Laptop Project. Through this initiative, eligible veterans and spouses who are enrolled at the College can receive a free laptop.
“We are all excited here in the Military Student Center to be able to offer this to our students,” said Brandon Snead, VERITAS veteran liaison at Virginia Western.
