The Onboarding and Recruitment team has spent the last few months visiting our feeder high schools in the Roanoke, Botetourt, Franklin, and Craig County areas. Each school was multiple times during the fall recruitment season. They helped students with the applications to the college, completing the direct enrollment survey, applying for CCAP, and talking about financial aid options.

CCAP applications have increased about 21% from last year for a total of 1049 CCAP applications for the 2023/2024 school year. Allison Dooley and Rachel Higgins are setting up the next round of high school visits for seniors to schedule advising appointments.
