As many of you may already know, I will be leaving Virginia Western at the end of next week, September 16. This is a bittersweet note to write, as I have been part of this campus community for almost 8 years and I have many wonderful memories from along the way. One of the things that makes this college special is the fact that we genuinely want the best for one another, even during the tougher times. Since my first day being introduced at in-service, you’ve welcomed me, inspired me, challenged me (in a good way), and offered a tissue on more than one post-Browns-game Monday. I’m looking forward to seeing what fabulous things you all do over the next few years and wish the very best for each and every one of you. Thank you for everything!
