The “Back IS The Future” new student mixer will take place Thursday, June 23rd from 3-5pm. The capacity of this event is 250 students. The event requires pre-registration and it is open only to brand new students via invitation.
The affected areas will be:
- Lot 8 – Freedom First Credit Union is sponsoring this event by providing free ice cream from their Scoops truck.
- Lot 8/HP Entrance – Event check in.
- Fralin Courtyard
- Campus Commons (Coffee Shop Area)
- Whitman Lobby
- Multi-Purpose Room (backup rain location)
