BTT extends a very warm “thank you” to community partner, Roanoke Valley Paralegal Association for its hosting of a celebration for VWCC paralegal graduates. The celebration including a cookout and social takes place on Sunday, April 25th from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Starkey Park in Roanoke County. While RVPA honors graduating students, the invitation extends to first year Paralegal students who wish to celebrate with their classmates.
You may recall that in February 2020, VWCC’s paralegal program was co-host along with Roanoke Valley Paralegal Association for the first educational conference on the VWCC campus. Local attorneys, paralegals and Chief Judge Urbanski from Roanoke’s Division of the U .S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia were among distinguished speakers. Program head Jennifer Armentrout recognizes RVPA for being such a great, helpful community partner for our programs and students.
The community relationship continues to grow!
