The contract for our new shredding company does not include them coming to campus one day with the large shred truck to handle our end of the year bulk shredding.  This is a service we have to request and pay additional for.  If there is a need on campus for this service we do not mind requesting it but we need to make sure we have enough end of year shredding to justify the request.  Please remember that someone from your department will be required to be on campus the day of the shredding to take the boxes to the truck location.  If you plan to have end of year bulk shredding that cannot be placed in the shred bins around campus please email Nicole Scott (nscott@virginiawestern.edu) by 4/23 with an estimate of how many paper boxes you believe you will fill for your shredding needs.
