Insight Replaces NetOp in Computer Classrooms

Insight is a tool which is available in all classrooms and labs where a faculty member can remote and view the desktop of every student in their class.  Insight is replacing NetOp .

This tool can be used to assist faculty to ensure students are staying on task as they are teaching, are using classroom time effectively, etc.

To access Insight, find the icon shaped like an owl's head in the lower right corner of the screen on the instructor's workstation.  Right click on the owl icon and select Insight Console.

To learn about the features of Insight, watch the following video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4i1fPHfuCpU .

As always, contact the Help Desk (7-7354) if you have any questions.
