Basketball Double Header this Saturday!

Your Blue Stars Basketball teams will play their last home games of the semester, this Saturday, starting at 3:00 PM in the Humanities Gymnasium.

The double header we see the Women taking on NJCAA Div. II #13 ranked Guilford Tech CC at 3:00 PM, while the Men will take on GTCC at 5:00 PM.

VWCC Motorsports on Fox 21/27 tonight!

Be sure to tune into the Fox 21/27 10 o’clock news tonight to see an “Out and About” segment featuring the VWCC Motorsports team and its mini-Baja vehicle! The team members will be sharing their stories.

Is your personal information in the Student Center up to date?  Please check your mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. to make sure they are correct.  We want to make sure you receive all communication that is sent by the college.  To edit your personal information:  (Note:  If you have a name change, a Notification of Change form and verifying documentation should be submitted to the Record’s Office.)


  • Log-in through MyVWCC
  • Click VCCS SIS: Student Information System
  • Click Student Center
  • Under Personal Information, update the appropriate item
  • Click OK and Save

NYC Trip Sign Up

"Signups for the spring 2014 trip to NYC have begun. Starting today until 1/15/14 you will be able to begin signing up for the trip. The trip included 2 nights and 3 days at the Wellington Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, admission to Top of the Rock and the American Museum of Natural History, a tour of NBC Studios at Rockefeller Plaza, dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square and breakfast at the hotel on our last day there. The trip also includes transportation to and from NYC.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of sign up, and the remaining balance is split between two payments. All money is paid to the cashiers window in Chapman Hall, be sure to bring your signup sheet to them so they know what to charge you. The link below has all the paperwork you need to sign up.
