As we head into the final weeks of classes and exams, Brown Library is ready to help you finish strong. The library is open Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-5pm, & Saturday 9am-1pm through December 17th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointments for tutoring, exam review, and writing consultations are still available! Log into MyVWCC, choose “Navigate Student,” click the Appointments tab, and choose “Schedule an Appointment” to pick a day and time that works for your tutoring session. You can also submit your final papers and projects to the Online Writing Center to get feedback from our tutors: https:\/\/www.virginiawestern.edu\/library\/academic-link\/writing-center-form\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need to take a test in our Testing Center, you may do so anytime during our open hours. Students needing accommodations are required to make an appointment, and everyone needs to bring a photo ID with them to take a test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting December 19th, the library will have an alternate schedule for Winter Break:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

December 19th-23rd: Library open 8am-5pm, makeup tests by-appointment only<\/p>\n\n\n\n

December 24th- January 3rd: Closed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 4th-6th: Open 8am-5pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 7th: Closed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 9th-10th: Open 8am-5pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 11th-12th: Open 8am-8pm; laptops available for Spring 2023 checkout with a photo ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 13th: Open 8am-5pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 14th: Open 9am-1pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 16th: Closed for MLK Day holiday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 17th: First day of Spring 2023 classes, regular hours resume<\/p>\n\n\n\n
