If you have questions, email us at <a href=\"mailto:testingcenter@virginiawestern.edu\">testingcenter@virginiawestern.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thoroughly complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.virginiawestern.edu\/library\/testing-center\/testing-information-sheet\/\">Testing Information Sheet<\/a> for all tests, at least 1 business day before the test is scheduled to begin. Attach a course roster to the completed information sheet or send all students&#8217; names as part of the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a cell phone number on the information sheet, in case we need to contact you about a problem with your test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double-check online test settings to ensure the test is configured correctly to be given in a proctored environment. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.virginiawestern.edu\/olit\">Contact the OLIT team<\/a> and consult our online guides for assistance with Canvas and Respondus settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any paper tests should be clearly labeled with the instructor&#8217;s last name, course number, term, and chapters or units being tested. Provide enough copies of the test for all students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remind students to bring a photo ID and the device they use for multi-factor authentication when they come to take the test. No appointments are required, except for students with accommodations through the Office of Disability Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Testing Center will make every attempt to ensure a secure environment.
