IET (Information and Educational Technologies) implemented an email archival solution on Friday, May 15! Everyone with a @virginiawestern.edu email account will be impacted so PLEASE READ this announcement.
Effective May 15, one year of email will be retained in your active Outlook or OWA mailbox and all other email is archived. ALL YOUR EMAIL WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU, THERE WILL JUST BE A DIFFERENT PROCESS TO SEARCH FOR IT.
This change will take care of the overall mailbox size issues and will substantially speed up the search for all your emails from the Archiver search tool that is already available on your Outlook "Home" Toolbar.
