The VWCC Help Desk's normal hours of operation are Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 6:00pm (summer hours are until 5:30pm) & Friday: 7:45am - 5:00pm. Requests for assistance received after our normal business hours or on weekends will be responded to the next business day. We look forward to assisting you soon.
