  1. While on a call, press the Transfer <\/strong>button or softkey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dial the 5-digit extension you wish to transfer the call to (7-XXXX).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If desired, speak to the person you’re transferring the call to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Press the Transfer <\/strong>or softkey again to complete the transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

            … check your voicemail from off-campus<\/h3>

            1. Dial your phone number and wait for your greeting to play.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. During the greeting, press *<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Enter your “ID” (5-digit extension), followed by #.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Enter your PIN, followed by #<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. To access your mailbox, press 2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

              … make a conference call<\/h3>

              1. Dial the first number normally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Once the party has answered, press the softkey button below More<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Press the softkey button below Confrn<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Dial the number for the next party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Once the second party has answered, press the softkey button below Confrn<\/strong>. The conference call is now established.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                You may add additional parties by repeating steps 2-5 above. Note:<\/strong> Only the person who made the first call can add people to the conference call.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                … park a call<\/h3>

                1. While on a call, press the softkey button below More<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Press the softkey button below Park<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Note the number on the telephone’s display (e.g. Call park at 79101). This will only be on the display for a few seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. To pick up the call at another phone, dial the Call Park number (e.g. 7-9101). You will now be reconnected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  … set up an out-of-office message<\/h3>

                    \n
                  1. Press the Messages<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Enter your voicemail password, followed by #<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. After any messages have played, press 4<\/strong> for Setup Options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. Press 1<\/strong> for Greetings. The currently selected greeting will be heard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  5. You will hear the following options:\n
                      \n
                    • 1: <\/strong>Re-record this greeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • 2:<\/strong> Turn on\/off your alternate greeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • 3:<\/strong> Edit other greetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • 4:<\/strong> Hear all greetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • The alternate greeting<\/strong> is the one you want to use for out-of-office messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Press 3<\/strong> to edit your greeting, then 3<\/strong> again to record your alternate greeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Press 1<\/strong> to record a new alternate greeting, record your greeting, and then press #<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Press 3<\/strong> to turn on your alternate greeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Choose whether you wish to set an end date and time, then follow the prompts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Hang up. Your alternate greeting is set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
