To manage features such as speed dials (phone buttons), abbreviated dials (softkeys), or phone contacts you can access https:\/\/vwtss150.vw.edu\/ccmuser\/showHome.do<\/a> (on-campus or with virtual desktop only). You will need to log in with your VWCC credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speed Dial Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create additional speed dials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click the Phones<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Phone Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Speed Dial Numbers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If your phones are linked, click Add New Speed Dial<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If your phones are not linked, select the phone for which you want to add the speed dial number, then click Add New Speed Dial<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enter the number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Enter a label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Assign the speed dial number (1-199).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Call Forwarding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click the Phones<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the left navigation pane, click Call Forwarding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the phone number on chick you want to set up forwarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Check the Forward all calls to:<\/strong> check box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. From the Forward calls to drop-down list box, enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To turn forwarding off, uncheck the Forward all calls to<\/strong> box and click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Do Not Disturb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Click the IM & Availability<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Check the “Turn On” box under the Do Not Disturb section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Uncheck the box to turn DND off.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Phone Contacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the Phones<\/strong> tab across the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click the Phone Settings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Create New Contact<\/strong>. The Add New Phone Contact window appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Complete the fields with the contact information and click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Ring Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          To customize your shared line ringtones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click the Phones<\/strong> tab across the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Click the Phone Settings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Select Ring Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Select the phone number and customize when I’m on a call<\/strong> and when I’m not on a call<\/strong> from the drop down arrow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Voicemail Notification Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click the Phones<\/strong> tab across the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Click the Phone Settings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Select Voicemail Notification Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Select the phone number and customize if you want message light on<\/strong>, display screen prompt<\/strong>, or play stutter tone when on a call<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
