If you know your username and password, you can log in to MyVWCC by going to https:\/\/vw.my.vccs.edu<\/a>. If you are unable to locate your username or reset your password by following these directions, please call the Help Desk at 540-857-7354 for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Time Users\/Don’t Know Your Username<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First time users can look up their Username by clicking on the Forgot my Username<\/strong> button. For students, the personal email must match what you used when you filled out your college admissions application. For employees, the email will be the work email associated with your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multifactor Authentication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is now available to all students, faculty and staff to add another level of security to protect your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not set up an authentication method, when you log into MyVWCC you will enter your username and password. You will then see an Email Authentication screen asking you to enter a one-time code. This code has been sent to the email listed with an Email Type of “Other” in your SIS account, not<\/strong> your VWCC Student Gmail account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set up another method of authentication, follow the instructions here<\/a> or call the Help Desk for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
