1. Press the Voicemail or Messages button on your phone.
2. Enter your default PIN: 540562#.

You will be asked to record your name, set a personal greeting (if desired), change your temporary PIN, and confirm your directory listing. If you hang up before completing setup, you will need to repeat it.

Press the Voicemail or Messages button and enter your PIN.

1. Press the Voicemail or Messages button.
2. Press *.
3. Enter your "ID" (5-digit extension), followed by #.
4. Enter your PIN, followed by #.

1. Dial your phone number and wait for your greeting to play.
2. During the greeting, press *.
3. Enter your "ID" (5-digit extension), followed by #.
4. Enter your PIN, followed by #.
5. To access your mailbox, press 2.

1. Press the Messages button.
2. Enter your voicemail password, followed by #.
3. After any messages have played, press 4 for Setup Options.
4. Press 1 for Greetings. The currently selected greeting will be heard.
5. You will hear the following options:
   • 1: Re-record this greeting
   • 2: Turn on/off your alternate greeting
   • 3: Edit other greetings
   • 4: Hear all greetings
6. The alternate greeting is the one you want to use for out-of-office messages.
7. Press 3 to edit your greeting, then 3 again to record your alternate greeting.
8. Press 1 to record a new alternate greeting, record your greeting, and then press #.
9. Press 3 to turn on your alternate greeting.
10. Choose whether you wish to set an end date and time, then follow the prompts.
11. Hang up. Your alternate greeting is set.

Note: If you did not set an end date, to turn off your alternate greeting follow steps 1-5b above.
