Campus mail locations and procedures depend on your School. Please refer to the correct School below!
In addition to mail, these mailboxes are used to distribute contracts, no show and withdrawal rosters, student assignments, college information, and important administrative paperwork. You will be sent an email notification any time documents of a time sensitive nature are placed in your mailbox. It is recommended you check your mailbox at least once a week.
Business, Technology & Trades
Full-time and adjunct faculty are assigned a mailbox in Webber Hall W305F. The mailroom is accessible from the main hallway on the third floor of Webber Hall, and you will be assigned a key to the mailroom. Please check the door when you exit the room to ensure that the door is locked.
If you ever need to leave items for the office staff, you may deposit your mail in the mailbox located on the bottom row of the first mail unit labeled "Full-Time".
You will be issued a campus mailbox. If you wish to send information through campus mail, you may do so by placing the information in an inter-office envelope and putting it in the mail bag in the HP Mail Room, HP214B.
Liberal Arts & Social Sciences
You will be issued a campus mailbox. In addition to your mailbox, there is a main drop box located in the hall outside D100. You or your students can use this to drop off information after hours. This is a secure box that is checked each morning.
If you need to leave something for a student to pick up, there is a pickup box in the School office. Please label any papers or folders that are left in this box clearly with the student's name, your name, the class number, and date.
Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics
You will be issued a campus mailbox. Please check this at least once a week. In addition to your mailbox, there is a drop box located with the mailboxes. You or your students can use this to drop off information after hours. This is a secure box that we check each morning.
