Through career assessments and screening, we offer the supportive services and training to help make your dreams of self-sufficiency and a career which strong future job growth a reality.
Our funding helps address common barriers to employment through:
- Career and success coaching
- Integrated and contextualized adult education and basic skills instruction, and
- Digital literacy training to support you along the way
We offer financial assistance for post-secondary training that leads to industry-aligned credentials and programs of study in high-demand fields like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Building Trades, Automotive and Transportation, and more!
We also can help with post-training employment and retention skills like:
- Job search skills, preparation, and placement activities
- Financial literacy and soft skills development that employers want
- Strategies and opportunities to find employment, keep employment, and growth in your new career field.
You are eligible for RSVP funding assistance if:
Your combined household income is below 200% of the federal poverty level AND you are the direct parent or sole guardian of a child. (Child must be under age 18, or if 18 will graduate from high school before age 19, living with a parent, going to school regularly, and a US Citizen or eligible immigrant).
